Pictureless person pages

Why have pictureless person pages (sorry for the alliteration) suddenly become unclickable? I'm not sure how to get around this, which is annoying since I add a lot of pictures to actor profiles with no pictures.

I have noticed that their names aren't clickable but that the picture (or the picture denoting the lack thereof) still is. At least for me those still are clickable.
