when you upload picture A, delete it (you'll get an error message called "A critical error has occured (here is the IP address) This error has been logged and will be dealt with asap."), upload picture B, picture A will still be visible in the overview of films, CDs, actors profile whatever, until you make picture B (or any other picture) the primary picture.
