Password

I have had trouble with password since first signed up, but usually I try not to log out but when I have I usually have to use the forgotten password option and use my email etc.

Anyhow I went to use this but after I press the button to send the message to my email, usually I get a message saying it has been sent to your email. Just know I did not which means I have not received a message to make a new password.

Just wondering if there is a problem at the moment I am logged in thanks to Facebook which I usually try not to do.

Anyhow just wondering if there is a problem, and is there anyway of fixing it.

I just found an old message in my email, but still would like to find out if there was a problem in case it happens again.
