Owned vs. Wanted in Lists

So I am making some lists of fantasy book series. One thing I noticed is when I add a book that I own and a book that I want to the same list there is no indication of it's "status". It would be nice if the list was broken up into owned and wanted, or the wanted ones had a red background or something along those lines.

I am planning to overhaul the custom lists system in the near future, so I will consider including that.
