Not promoted list

Listal's Top 100 Movies

This list should've been promoted 1 hour ago with 4 votes, and on the other side i saw lists promoted with 3 votes, and that was recently, 1 or 2 months ago, when the promotion rule was still at 4 votes. :)

I've just voted a list Pale Beauty, it was the 4th vote and again no promotion.

It's been changed to 6 votes

No there is one at 14 before that
