16 years, 8 months ago at Aug 19 18:39 - This looks a lot nicer than the white, would there be any future chance of selecting your own backgrounds for Listal? Perhaps not a personal background, though some people might like that, but i mean you could have Listal Wood, Listal Metal etc and people can choose their preference, as that might not be everyones cup of tea, where as white is neutral.

I love the wood look, except two small issues: Images that appeared good on white but have non-rectangular outlines (like arcade games) now stand out like sore thumb because JPG doesnt allow tranparency (adding PNG option to uploads would fix that). Other issue is the yellow star for ON, and dark brown for OFF, is for me rather hard to distinguish. If you could make the stars, when they are turned ON, to appear almost 3D and sticking out, it would help address it. I think the fact that both colors are just plain with no bevels makes it a bit confusing.

16 years, 8 months ago at Aug 19 21:16 - would it be possible to have an outline of star (using say an Inner Bevel technique) to make it appear like there's a hole with outline of star... and once a star is active, it gives effect of dropping a star into the hole (make it like a Teal colored star with an outer bevel).
I'll try to draw something up to see how it looks like.. You can keep concentrating on more important tasks :)

16 years, 5 months ago at Dec 11 20:16 - When you're viewing one of your lists (eg, http://robelanator.listal.com/owned/dvds) there's a link at the top of the list called "Display Mode". Click that and a pop-up will appear where you can choose the "Wood shelf" option.
