Carl Orff
Favorite of all time for me is Beethoven's 5th.

Fine, I have to agree with Uber for Beethoven's 5th, but I also kind of like a classical piece that Mozart did in the later part of his life, no idea what it was called... I think it had something to do with a Garden though... I'll tell you if I remember

oh, thank you uber. now i can put that on my playlist.

Ooh it's hard to choose just one. Lately I've been listening to Jupiter from Gustav Holst's The Planets alot, though I find myself always going back to Alexander Borodin's Polovetsian Dances. That or Pictures at an Exhibition by Modest Mussorgsky, especially The Great Gate of Kiev.
Yeah... It's impossible for me to choose just one since my mood is always changing and my taste in music changes with my mood. Like if I feel a certain type evil I start hearing Saint-Saรซns's Danse Macabre playing in my head. That's just how I roll.

Brahms Violin Concerto in D, Op. 77, third section. Love it! First discovered it at the end of There Will Be Blood, and it really never gets old.
I also enjoy Vladimir Horowitz.
