My Rank is Wrong.

I posted about this earlier but nobody responded, it's been over a month now with my rank 585 isn't changing, so is it just me?
is it fixable? have you heard about this problem before?

The rank is rarely undated now but if you want to know the best up-to-date rankings then go to www.listal.com/members/view/1/?sortby=points-desc and you can look see where you are at... your current standing is 448

I have a rankrelated problem as well. When i click that link^ I can see that I am 658,but when I check my rank nose.listal.com/points my rank is 0...why?

The profile ranks haven't updated in a long time, so I'm guessing that your account hasn't been updated at all since you created it, hence why you are yet to be ranked. The only correct ranks are at the link you have already visited.

In addition to what DuckNation and OnionJack said, you can check

www.listal.com/members/view/1/?picture=false&sortby=points-desc

which includes users with no avatar. The same can be achieved by manually selecting "All" instead of "Must have picture" in the Filter on the left hand side (green area).
For instance, I am #188 among All users, but #186 among Users who have an avatar.
