my pic with the most votes of kate beckinsale was deleted

my best pic of kate was deleted for nothing and there no duplicata of that pic plus it was a hi def picture.how can something like that can happened. there something wrong that is happening in listal in the past month and a lot of users are deleting their account because their best pics with the most votes are deleted for nothing. i've notice that some pics with the most votes have disappeared from the most voted pics collumn. i think Tom have to do something about this because it's unfair for the members of listal. it should be only the users who posted the pics (duplicata only)that should have the power to deleted it and if the pic is not legal (duplicata only) a mods should send a message to the users to delete is own pic but if he doesn't do it in less then a month is account will be block until he delete the pic.

Come bitch at us when you have a case that doesn't revolve around how unfair it is that a mod caught you for posting a rule-breaking image.

my pic was not the same it was bigger and it was hi def... my pic was better. there's a breaking rule when the pic is the same and it was not repost. how come any other mods as delete my pic after all this time... it's because it was a good one. R.I.P.

Dude, are you blind? I just linked you to your picture, and the one it was deleted as a duplicate of. Yours is clearly a cropped version of the one posted before it.
