Multitudes of fake accounts

I've noticed a whole army of fake accounts on here. They usually consist of a profile image of a random model or BBW porn star, there's next to no activity in their feed, but they incestuously each other, sparingly voting for each others images, I guess to attempt to hide the fact that they are so blatantly spam accounts.

Not entirely sure what they even use these accounts for, probable bots, whether its for spamming or something more nefarious I have no idea. And usually I'd mind my business on the matter but I have two of those accounts following my profile just today...

...And I don't want them to follow my profile, I really think we should have the option to get rid of un-wanted followers and these fake profiles need to be investigated and deleted.

Yes, it's infested. Bots all over. Could be the site admin are experimenting. Either that, or they truly forgot the place exists.

If you visit someone's profile, you should be able to block them. They will still display as followers, however.
