Most Disturbing Scene

What is the most disturbing scene you have seen in a movie. I've got to say.
The spanking scene in "Roepman" with Paul Loots

It's hard for me to pick a disturbing scene because there are various types of disturbing. As far as psychologically or mentally disturbing goes, my pick goes to...the final scenes of Requiem for a Dream (each final scene of every character). It's the one movie I gave a great score and that I'm not watching again (ever, if I can avoid it).
If it's visually disturbing we're talking about, then it's the scourging scene in Passion of the Christ which I saw at the cinema very young. It got stuck into my mind, it was just so freaking overdone. Horror and gore scenes are like Sesame street compared to what Mel Gibson could pull of with his movies.

In recent memory, the update to I Spit on your Grave had one particular scene that everybody knows about.

In 1929 the artist Salvador Dali co-wrote a film with director Luis Buรฑuel called "Un Chien Andalou" There is one scene involving an eyeball being sliced open while still inside the skull of a living person.
Have to admit, thats disturbing on a number of levels even by todays standards

From the very tame movies I've seen... In Glory, in the very beggining, a guy is getting his foot cut off in a medical camp on the field. It made me physically sick and woozy, and they didn't even show it actually happening. I still remember his screams... "please stop cutting" oh god

Enter the Void: camera close ups on an aborted fetus
Gummo: Kid eats spaghetti in brown bath water
Funny Games: the whole movie

The Girl Next Door (2007) - The whole damn movie. I couldn't watch that effed up film through to the end. I honestly can't even talk, think, or read about all the severely messed up things that happen in that movie without becoming nauseous, or having intense feelings of absolute disgust and rage that shit like that can, and sometimes do, happen.
And in case it's still not clear, I'm obviously not talking about the 2004 teen comedy starring Elisha Cuthbert and Emile Hirsch that happens to have the exact same title.

I don't know if I'd call it disturbing but the cornfield scene at the end of "Casino" makes me wince because it is so realistically violent and things like that really happen.

Salo - almost the whole movie in some way is disturbing

black Christmas

Andrei Rublev - The death of the horse (which was not simulated)
/also every scene in Home Alone, for different reasons

The Last House on the Left(2009) had a disturbing rape scene.
And I Spit on Your Grave(2010) was just disturbing all the way through.

Black Swan, when her legs go back...i don't even know how to call that

The (extremely) long rape scene in I Spit on Your Grave (1978).
And the scene in Audition (1999), where a mutilated man crawls from a burlap sack to "enjoy his dinner".

The scissor scene in "Antichrist"... actually there are several disturbing scenes in that film; but that one tops the list.

I concur with the horse scene from "Andrei Rublev" (masterpiece of a film btw)
when Liv Ullman put a piece of glass in her, um, lady parts in "Cries and Whispers", I nearly vomited

Every scene in Salo, especially the end.
Or the two scenes in Antichrist, one being the infamous "Vaginal Mutilation" scene, the other in which He and She are having sex next to the tree.
There are others, but all of those scenes really stick out in my mind.
