More questions - RSS?

I'm having trouble getting a valid RSS URL. I may be doing something wrong or just plain thick but can't think how to sort it out. I want a URL that links to RSS feed of my music sorted by most recent added irrespective of rating or whether I've used it, listened or want it.

I can't make head nor tale of the RSS information & when you click the RSS button it takes you to a page full of code.

Anyone got their heads round this? Cheers. :-)
