At least one of them has all but quit the site because of, amongst other things, the running of the site. This isn't a criticism (I don't access with a mobile), just an observation of another's opinion.

I suggest you message Tom with specifics (i.e. Apple vs Android, type of browser used, specific issues being encountered). There are several thousand active users on Listal, so Tom isn't watching every one of us.
