Missing authors

Since the new version has been released, I noticed some problems with the authors.

For instance:
- if I add the author after the book or I link the book to an existing author next, I can't see the autjor's picture in the book page

- for this author (www.listal.com/alan-d.-altieri) I own two books, but I can't see him either in my Mosr Owned (catcarlo.listal.com/books) or in the whole list at all (catcarlo.listal.com/books/authors).

The same happens with other author I added during last weeks for both music and books.
