Major site glitch (regarding title additions)

It seems there is a major glitch adding new title

For example, I added Law of the Underworld at http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0030353/ and it adds it completely blank like this:

This has been happening with everything I've been adding in the last 10 minutes. Sometimes it will actually display the title but cut off the year but I'm hoping this can be fixed soon because it's preventing me from adding any additional tit.es

It seems to be fixed for the moment. The second link is no longer valid since I had to edit the title. Originally it was just blank with no title or year listed at all.
