Main Pages Suggestion

On the main pages for DVDs/Books/etc. perhaps above or below the custom lists there could be a short window with the 5 most recently rated items (and their rating). Short and sweet, but would make the page a bit more interesting.

Also thought that on the right-hand side could be 5 or so "Top Rated" items.

I was thinking some room could be made by making the tags section a set height (not too big), with a box to expand if the reader were interested. That way it does not list so many Tags, or Actors, etc.
