Who loves Audrey Tautou in Lors de Prix as I do?

This is the second movie I saw that she starred. First was the Da Vinci Code, I was impressed and in this movie, she is irresistable, well, at least to me. Such a seductress and elegant lady. Anyone saw her in Amelie?

Sadly, "Hors de Prix" hasn't been released in my country yet, but you should certainly make every effort to see "Amelie" ASAP. It's one of my all-time favorites. Also, see the other Jeunet/Tautou collaboration, "Un Long Dimanche de Fiançailles" (A Very Long Engagement).

The only other Tautou movie I've seen aside from the two Jeunet ones is "À la Folie... Pas du Tout" (He Loves Me... He Loves Me Not), a twisted little romance thriller that was good, but not great.

I'm pretty eager to see "Dirty Pretty Things" and "Le Battement d'Ailes du Papillon" (Happenstance), though. Anyone care to comment on the quality of those films?

Tautou is amazingly charming in Lors de Prix and I don't think there are men who can resist her ;) She is a total knock-out to me there. Not she is hot or sexy as Angelina Jolie, instead, she has that charism. Even if she does not have much nudity there, but she is so sexy and intelligent.

I am hunting for all the DVD titles here but she is not so popular here in Beijing. That makes it difficult for me to find out movies she acted. Yes, I would very much like to see Un Long Dimanche de Fiançailles and all her film. I find myself got hooked on French actresses, from Juliette Binoche, Sophie Marceau to Audrey Tautou...Where are you from Robetlanator?

Personally, I think it's great she doesn't do many nude scenes (there's an extended one in The Libertine, I think, but that's about it, so far as I know). I'd take a well composed close-up of a beautiful, expressive face over jiggling breasts any day when it comes to screen crushes likes Tautou. It seems to me that a lot nude scenes often lack any real sense of intimacy, they end up feeling more like voyeuristic exercises in exploitation-- which is fine for some movies like certain types of thrillers and horror films, but not for comedies and dramas.

Totally agree with u on that nudity in comedies. I like expressive face over her breasts....after all...there are tons of nudities on the porno site and now they don't even turn me on ;)But a brainy woman like Tautou does!
