Lists question

Sorry I could not find an answer. Recently, when I have added movies to a custom list (Recently Watched Good Movies), I cannot find where to enter custom comments for the list. I used to be able to edit the list and it would allow me to enter a comment (all my older ones show the comments I previously entered). Now the edit field only brings me to an option screen for Public or Private list and a description of the entire list. Am I missing something - has this feature gone away?

Just to be more specific - a comment for each movie in the list. This was where you put a number against each movie to reorder it.
