LoginLists: Default Section for newly added items

In betalistal, instead, it is added to the bottommost section, regardless.
The new behavior is fine most times, but there are times I wish I could set a different section as "default". Typically, there are lists where I have a "New Entries" section on top, to showcase newly added items.
