List to Public

The "Edit" section does not have the Public, Semi-Public, Private buttons. I want to publish my list, but can't??

The lists that are automatically generated by Lisal when you Fave something are hard coded to be 'Semi Public'. So, my "Favorite Books" can never be set as fully public.... hay but I can always make a custom lists... yay!

Now, how do you make a custom list to be able to "solve" this problem?
