Limited quality of pictures we post?

Sweet Shark 12 years ago at Jun 6 22:04 -

I just posted a new picture of the new Serious Sam game, but it doesn't have the actual quality.

Here is the original:

And here the one I posted in Listal:

Does the site limit the quality of the pics we post?

Thank you for your help.

I haven't clicked to see the original pic since I am unfamiliar with the site, but Listal does not limit the quality of pictures. I have uploaded pics over 5000 pixels wide, and they stay crisp.

Ah, don't worry, it is from the site Humble Bundle.
They have an offer for all Serious Sam games for only 4 dollars.
They doing that because the developers want to fund their next game, Serious Sam 4.

If you say that the site don't limit the quality, then I will try once again to check.
Thank you for your respond.

Nope, it happened again.
The quality is low again...
Is there a function I don't know when I post a picture?

You can click on the picture again to see the larger size

However, yes you can upload images that are larger then 936 pixels wide but I'm pretty sure that Listal will cut the image down to 936 pixels wide. Tom or someone else would have to clarify if that is true but it has been the true in my experience with images.

The original uploaded images is stored but is resized and the jpg quality is set to 90%, this a quite high but if the original picture was at 100% there may be a slight decrease in quality. The current maximum size you can view on the site is 936 pixels wide.

@Tom

So if in the next update of the site [I think it is called Lista 2.0?] apply a rule that we can see all the images to their original quality, they will be updated by themself. Am I correct?
