I looked up that it's 2 players offline but it doesn't say if its 3 or 4 players offline it also doesn't say it's not so if anyone finds out let me know also Is it a good game to get?

Only 2 players offline, in Co-op mode (no survivors vs. zombies mode while offline)

thats what I gathered from Gamespot forums, dont quote me on it ;)

however, another forums says 2 offline on xbox (split screen), or up to 4 players offline if you system link two xbox consoles (whatever that means).

No its only 2 players split-screen on one 360 you can't have anymore than 2 it's just like Gears of War. But you can play 4 players online, and just like List-All said you can system link 2 360s together so you can play 4 players in your own home.
