Issues Adding Pics from URLs

Is anyone else having issues adding pictures direct from the web, using the URL?

I'm getting a "cannot retrieve the address" message a lot, plus I'm seeing the same picture posted 2 or 3 times after I hit "add."

I am using Windows 8 and Chrome browser.

yeah i get it sometimes its rare though refreshing the page seems to work
