Yeah, I just noticed it with a whole bunch of Finnish & French films, the title is cut off when ever there's an umlaut or accent etc. Affects both the main title and the original (bracketed) title. So for example "Tรคhdet kertovat, komisario Palmu" was simply "T" before I fixed it. Hasn't happened to all films though.
Is this something that fixes automatically, or needs to be fixed manually film by film?

It shouldn't happen with newly added titles (that is titles which were never in the database), most films will be fixed or never affected by this bug.
They should fix automatically but that might not have happened in this case for some reason.
As soon as the title is updated by a person that title will never again be automatically updated.
