Importing / exporting lists?

I seem to remember discussion of XML importing/exporting a while back., but I can't seem to find the page on Listal.com where you can import and export lists.

Can someone please point me in the right direction?

You can export watched/wanted/owned lists under account settings:

www.listal.com/user/export

For individual (custom) lists the only thing at the moment is the rss feed for each list.
