17 years, 1 month ago at Mar 25 18:41 - Can anyone advise why this movie www.imdb.com/title/tt0180073/ has a director listing, cast listing and IMDB rating of 7.3 but when I import it to Listal it has no rating, no director and no cast listing?
I have tried importing this film several times!

17 years, 1 month ago at Mar 25 20:55 - Forgive me if a similar issue has been posted and solved, but I'm also having a little trouble with data from the IMDB. On this page, the film's title is cut off:
www.listal.com/movie/sekai-no-chshin-de-ai-o-sakebu
Should be "Sekai no chûshin de, ai o sakebu". My guess is that it didn't like the û in the title. :)

17 years, 1 month ago at Mar 25 21:08 - Yeah, I just noticed it with a whole bunch of Finnish & French films, the title is cut off when ever there's an umlaut or accent etc. Affects both the main title and the original (bracketed) title. So for example "Tähdet kertovat, komisario Palmu" was simply "T" before I fixed it. Hasn't happened to all films though.
Is this something that fixes automatically, or needs to be fixed manually film by film?

17 years, 1 month ago at Apr 1 0:23 - I didn't actually fix anything but I suspect the last time it updated quills it failed for some reason, on the next update it must have worked fine.
The data will be updated every 30 days roughly.
Note : If you add a imdb number it will check the local database to see if it exists, if it already exists it will not fetch anything from imdb.
I may give moderators the ability to force an update from imdb.
