IMDB ID import

I have my own database of movies that I own and I just track the IMDB ID of the movie, it would be great if I could import them or even just by title.

Few other suggestions - I only care what movies I have and I like your stats about actors, directors, etc. that you supply, but I don't really care (or know) about which specific version of the disc I have - special edition, widescreen, directors cut, box set, blah blah blah I don't care - just which movie. There should be a mode to allow this. Then I wouldn't have to search through 20 different versions of the same movie to figure out which one I have when I don't even care.

Also every user should have a default region. I live in the US and will only ever have Region 1 discs and don't even want to see any other region's discs.

-- But I use imdb.com to tag my DVDs with the different genres and year of the movie. Does imdb offer some kind connectivity?

I would love to do this. The only problem is tagging all the dvds with the imdb numbers to link them all together.

Since there have been a number of requests to do this I will look into it further.
