Images not showing when uploaded

It's not only been very delayed when I upload something, but once uploaded, the image never shows up, it's just an empty square in it's place. If I right click on this empty square to "view image" it says "not found".
This is happening with all the new images I've been uploading in the past couple days :(

If it was during one of the "500 Service Error" periods, then nothing was uploading.
