Image Upload Problem

I've been unable to upload images over the past two days. Whenever I try to do so the uploader just stalls and does nothing.

Iv'e been able to upload just sometimes it will take about a minute sometimes longer for the image to show up in the feed. The servers must be overloaded with stuff because i have been having slow loading times all around for the past couple days.

I've waited several minutes to upload images, but no results.

I encountered the same problem several weeks ago. It turned out to be my browser (Chrome). I lost several functions on Listal and after some back and forth I tried Explorer and everything was functioning. I'm not sure why this happened, as I had been using Chrome for the past year and a half but it still isn't working correctly as of this date.
