Image question not complaint.

I had an image deleted, and I realised it was my fault for uploading it I did not think just did. Anyhow I have deleted it, but on the report it is still there.

As in I doubled checked to see if it was deleted, but it still remaining in the report, so is there a way to make sure it is deleted or not becuase as I said I deleted it but it still reamins which is frustrating.

Sorry guys for uploading like I said I just did it without really thinking.

open that image on the top its written delete,click it..
your image will be deleted..

When an image is deleted, you will be able to see it for a time... but it will not be available to others... it should state this on the image.

I am pretty sure that this is the case, feel free to kick me if I am talking absolute gobrot.

I've received a few of those since joining myself but the message always says, "This item has been deleted." and then gives a reason. I always assumed that I didn't need to re-delete it since it already has been deleted.

I figured that it only showed in my feed for the purpose of letting me know which one. It also says that the image cannot be viewed by others.

I wouldn't worry about it.

There's not really anything else you can do. The image is already deleted; you can't delete it again. The only thing that exists now is a ghost of it, that only you as the poster and the moderators can view. It's for the sake of the report having all the pieces; you can see which one was deleted, and so can the moderators if they have to go see the report later. There's no getting rid of it further at this point; that ghost version doesn't really go away.

I'm not 100% sure about this, but I think at some point they do go away.

^ Yep, after a time they are fully purged. I have two images that were deleted that do not show up at all on the system but they are from over a year ago. If I were to guess my two deleted images are from about two years ago or more.

OK, back to tending my wound and being worthless. Grrr... the future needs to get here faster :P

Thanks guys I knew it was somewhere in the system, but if it purges then that is good.
