Ignore "The" when sorting titles, Use letters instead of numbers for pages

Two Suggestions:
1) Ignoring "The" in titles while sorting alphabetically. This makes it much easier and quicker to find the titles you're looking for. Sometimes I think I forgot to add a title when viewing my collection, only to realize that it begins with a "The" and is therefore listed in the "T's".
2) Currently, given a large collection, it is somewhat cumbersome to quickly find a title by using the numbered pages(You have to guess on which page the E's start). It would be much quicker if the pages indicated letter ranges rather than numbers.

....Just one more thing....
I believe it has been mentioned by others, but I find it very frustrating that we can only select from titles that Amazon currently carries. I have several DVDs that Amazon no longer carries, or never carried. I would like the ability to add these titles manually and post my own cover art.

You can add manually by click on the add tab and then option #3 is manual add

please please please replace #'s on the pages with letters.

You can organize the titles in alphabetical order by choosing "list by title". Of course, letters would be better, however it would not solve BryGuy's problem of THE, unless listal removes it ! (And it should be removed, I agree with you!)
