As in the title, if you were to die would all the fucking threads about dieing stop? "what would you do if you were going to die" "what would happen when you are dead"

Is this becoming the new naruto like theme for groups?!
Bobby :D 16 years, 6 months ago at Oct 21 12:53 -
Any way wouldn't just one some up the whole topic?

Yeah, maybe we should have a death group to replace the anime group!!!!!!!

We could have had just had one thread about the topic, since it is relatively interesting to hear what people would do, or what they think happens when you die, as long as it had an explanation and not just one sentence.
It is not here to replace the anime group, some threads just get a few people excited and more threads of that appear. Its no biggie, they will soon die off. Don't fret about it RB6K. :3

keyword is relatively. For example, anyone in their 30s and even 20s could honestly care less about what a teen (or pre-teen) feels about death and afterlife. All you young 'intellects' over analyze everything about life, about love, etc.. and no matter how much you think you may know, with age comes experience and WISDOM, so best person to ask what they feel about death and afterlife are your grandparents or great-grandparents.

There are some teenagers, and weirdly, a few pre-teens((who shouldn't even really be ON the internet because of all of the horrible, graphic images they can stumble upon and become scarred for life.)) who are interested in knowing if they share the same views with people in other states/countries.
It is true that the older audience could care less, and I might see why. Who cares about death when you have your whole life left to live?

I agree with Ash.

The thing is...there are only two threads on that subject. TWO! Well, RB6K, you just created the third one :3

RB6K you flame people more than the other did that you oh so detested, you act more like it everyday next thing we know it'll be you doing the spamming. Hell this is a spam flame thread.

I counted 4 Ash, including "music to die to" "things to do before you die" "What happens when you die" "if someone said you were going to die what would you do"

They are the most recent ones. It just seems a common thread. I get that you might be curious, but the conversations focus on death, suicide and tragic love pretty much 95% of the time, as do the names on a lot of users.

Vincent, I think you will find I have only flamed you, because you deserve it you hideous little prick. I am pissed off that you are still here when you shouldn't be.

The thread isn't flame/spam its a genuine highlight of the constant focus on death and suicide, Get a life!! You are depressed because you need to make real life friends!!

Ah, yes, I forgot about those. My apologies. You do have a point, for I searched death, die, and suicide, and there are a bunch of them.

You guys, it's not really very...sophisticated to call each other names in forums. If you two want to "fight" it out, pm eachother.

Death must intrique alot more people than I realized.

I made a death thread to improve upon Will's, as it seemed a little vague to me

The afterlife thread is an interesting thing to talk about, at least, for everyone I know under 18, so I posted that as an easy discussion topic,

Plus, almost every idea has been overused, so almost anything can be called overused, mainly because they are all too vague, everything vague has been used, and sorta just... deteriorated away, so if vague won't last, maybe detailed threads will

Death is an intriguing topic, because I DON'T know, and I never will, it's something impossible to know without experiencing it, so it is the perfect way to exercise imagination and thoughts, at least IMO,

I understand that Prelude, but one can't gain the wisdom without talking about it first, if you never spend time talking about it and learning about it, you never are really wise in that area... or intelligent
Also, if a thread, or a post, goes too in depth, or too vague for someone, usually they'd just ignore it, they don't have to post in it, or read it or anything, they can just leave it alone,

Of course, in some cases(such as the anime case) that didn't work as it began to combust into a wildfire of total crap threads that didn't go anywhere and strayed off topic, it's only 4 threads, not anything to get scared about, I understand why you might though, as most of the people here saw what happened during the anime time period, but I really don't think this'll last long,

As for my threads, I was in a death curious mood that time, just like when I made the Religion thread, I was in a Religion Curious mood, forums are the best place to get stuff about those kinda topics, as fist fights don't occur, rather, little word fights,

Now, granted, most of the other overused threads have died, but there isn't much left to discuss and keep the forums lively, I've been trying my best to think of thread ideas, but it just comes out the same, ("I could do this one, no wait, this one went on for a month or two then died quick, oh what about- nope, not going there again, we could... uh... no., what about trying one of these threads? but that would just be a stupid waste of time for everyon")

Why, would these work better for you? cuz I can think of these ones, they just seem too controversial and I wasn't sure if they should be posted: World Events, Government, Social Evolution Due to Technology, Human as an Animal, Animal Rights, Racism, that kinda stuff?
Also, I'm not really sure, cuz when people make threads, a lot of the time it gets bitched out for being too vague, or too detailed, so I've been rather hesitant on any thread I might post

I agree with Prelude.
Devious Phenomenon 16 years, 6 months ago at Oct 21 20:02 -
I agree that we (youths) overthink things, and I agree that you (older then youths) Don't give a fuck, but asking you're great grandparents or grandparents about death is probably not the best idea, as it may remind them that they might die soon, plus they might get piss off at you because they think you're saying they are gunna die soon...
William 16 years, 6 months ago at Oct 21 20:03 -
i suppose so, but some are just curious about it. like wolf-paws thread about what you think happens after you die.

Wolf-paw, the older you get, the less you fear death.
William 16 years, 6 months ago at Oct 21 20:20 -
yes, i agree there (you'll find i have a lot of agreeing sides.) but he was just wondering what others thought about the sybjuect.
silent killer 16 years, 6 months ago at Oct 21 20:30 -
I wouldn't say you fear death less. It's more like you don't really care one way or the other about it. It happens. Then you get reborn and it happens again etc.
William 16 years, 6 months ago at Oct 21 20:31 -
idk if i belive in rebirth, but i do know one thing, when you do die, you, your self now, don't wake up.
silent killer 16 years, 6 months ago at Oct 21 20:37 -
I hate sarcasm on the internet, but I use it anyway.
William 16 years, 6 months ago at Oct 21 20:42 -
that wasn't saracasm, but i guess it could be use as such.
William 16 years, 6 months ago at Oct 21 20:51 -
....
this thread is actually pretty hatful if you think about it. and besides, maybe a couple of people are doing it for the halloween spirit.
Devious Phenomenon 16 years, 6 months ago at Oct 22 1:30 -
Maybe that's why Will, I've been trying to figure out the sudden intrique in death, and that explains it, Halloween Spirit...
But, I don't really FEAR death, I just sorta wonder about it, kind of like the naive child that stops to smell the daisies, the whole child like curiousity thing
