I need to know?

Has anyone ever checked out "The Evolution of..." peoples lists by chance? not only are they most outstanding but I would like to make one of my own, but I need to know how to do it, I mean how do I get pictures on to it, hopefully you know what I mean and answer me :] I just need some steps on how to actually do it, so I can make some.

When editing a note on an item, click the HTML/Tag guide below it, there it should give instructions on how to add an image.

You can make doubles but it is rather pointless in my opinion
