Woah slow down! You might have noticed that it's not a very fast board here, and it may take a few days to get a reply to a topic you post.

To get a rank you have to earn points. To earn points you can do some of the things listed at top of the front page, and other things such as making posts here on the board and reviewing items (though make sure they are proper reviews and not one word/sentence comments which are frowned upon by some members).

You can find friends by looking at people who have similar items and interests to you (though you may have to add some more items first). Look through the groups and see if any of them interest you. Start a discussion or reply to an existing one and I'm sure you'll find someone. :)

yes it is a little quiet but more people are joining so hopefully it will pick up soon...
