I cannot post pictures

I somehow unable post any pictures, whether its for a person, movie or television. Is there a reason for this?

Is there any error message shown? Image uploading seems to be working fine for me

Nope. Every time I click choose file, nothing is coming up.

I can't post pictures. The process of uploading is freezing and isn't moving forward.

If I try to upload picture with url I got message ''an error occurred fetching this url'', also picture uploaded with broken thumbnail, when I try to upload picture from my computer I got message ''This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase 'Connection Timeout'.''

Can you reduce to 1 day of unable to post images I accept my full personal responsibility for my action it won't happen again and I apologize for my abusive behavior, trolling and my hanky panky just do it please?
