How to remove tags

I cannot tell you how many times I have come across people who have the tag for "born in X/born X" years and they'll show up sometimes in 2-4 years and those dates will not coincide with their real birth years. Bar Rafaeli I think is 41 but she has at least 1 other year attributed to her that is at least 10y younger.
