13 years, 1 month ago at Mar 19 5:50 - I have seen many people promote their lists and I looked everywhere I can think of and I don't see the option to do so! How do those people promote their lists and do people have to have a certain amount of points before promoting lists?

13 years, 1 month ago at Mar 19 6:00 - It requires a certain amount of votes before a list gets promoted to the front page, but this number changes constantly so don't worry too much about reaching a specific number.
The best thing you can do is add notes to your lists and make them as high quality as possible. If after a while you're still having trouble getting votes on well-built and content-heavy lists, then feel free to share them - but only with friends and people you have reason to believe will like them!
Keep in mind that often the lists you think will be popular and well-received may not catch on like you plan. You'll be surprised which lists get really popular. But if you put in a good effort to a list, it will very likely get noticed in some satisfying way. =]
