There is just a strong correlation between having an anime avatar and being really young.
EDIT: This crackdown is only temporary anyway. Once the rules and the baggage have been dealt with, and after a long cool off period, we won't have to worry about all these precautions.

Seeing as two "True Members" have become moderators it is obvious which direction Tom is going. And yes, Tom's Judgement and decision will always be final but then he has more pressing matters than Groups/Forum monitoring.

The site HAS been segregated for the longest time. They stayed in their corner (RC and Anime) and we stayed in ours. By going all gestapo on the pointless threads on their side, it has created two positive effects that I've personally noticed:
1. With pointless threads discouraged and certain 'bad seeds' gone, Random Chat is actually somewhat bearable these days. Sure they still talk about mundane topics and silly OMG LOL chat, but hey, no more baddles and death threats. :)
2. Some members that used to frequent Random Chat are now talking a lot more in rest of groups, about normal topics, and using 'english' to boot! So we're definitely bridging the gap between the two groups. Some have even started doing reviews and custom lists, as well as item ratings (other than naruto 10/10).
so Bael, don't take my 'its a war' talk so seriously. damn that swiss sense of humor. lol

2: What Prelude said, I am normally either really stupid from exhaustion/lack of sleep, or I am really stupid from it being late, mainly due to the thousands of homework assignments I get, as well as projects, taking care of my brother, doing chores and all thatcrap...
and I am distracted at the moment trying to come up with an idea that will get me to have a real vacation for once... instead of helping with spring cleaning *rolls eyes* I hate Spring Break when it comes to that stuff... At least at school I have my friends, here I am stuck for a week with my evil lil brother, my lazy ass father and my overstressed mother! Quite a relaxing atmosphere huh???
Aside from that... that'd mean I'd have to be on a lot, and with my dad being such an ass now, I haven't been on for a week(luckyme, I probably won't be on much of this week either... -__-')

17 years, 1 month ago at Apr 4 22:02 - im sorry i wantedto know becuase ever since i found listal i have wanted it to succede. im fifteen and i actualy have a large vocabulary and i am the leader of the trumpets in my school band. i have been trusted with tresponsibility time and time again and i only post on stuff that interests me not on stuff i think is boring. call me naive or whatever you want but i feel that we should all have an oppinion and that who ever is going to mod anime should be some one who can tell teh difference between a fan a fanatic and those that just have a common interest like me. People beleive that becuase im a kid im irresponsible but i've almost finished righting the first book im going to publish and i've helped patch things up betwee anime and other sections of Listal. I understand the reasons why i was not picked as a mod and im not whining. I never wanted a discussion on who should be a mod and who shouldn't but i wanted to know how i could possibly become a mod. and thanks for saying that i have contributed Prelude.

I had to get straight A's in basic education, straight A's and nothing lower then 90 for the second level and I have to get high grades(86-100) in order to get into the next level, though most of us have low scores becuase it is kinda scary... plus... I am the type that if I have already done it I won't do it again, so the drama unit is killing my english grade, I won't read Romeo and Juliet for the 3rd time... I already know it... I also comprehended it back in 6th grade, but they still think we don't comprehend it...

now we write maybe ONE fictional story, at lkeast 40 essays, read at least 10 non fiction books of 180 pages or more in like a week, vocab is Latin roots, and we read maybe 2 fiction/sci fi books... also, the whole system is bogus, and it has too many flaws, plus it has a lotof hipocrisy in it...
as for Art, I don't like realism, so I avoid art now at school... but I am giving it ONE more shot next year ^^
