How to stop profile spamming.

I have found multiple profiles of actress with same name. Some where just minor spelling difference is there but the actual person whom the profile represents is same. Please tell me how to deal with this or generate kind of tool where multiple profiles of same actor can be reported.

The forum's a pretty good tool for reporting same duplicate people.
