how ranks works?

I' m just curious, how the rank system works? some hours ago I has a rank of 800+ and now 34 ... did I made something wrong?

Your rank signifies how many points you have. All the methods of gaining points are in the "stuff to do" section of the front page, so if you did some of these things it is likely to be the reason you moved up so far. Also, I'm not sure how often the ranks are updated, but to check the up to date rankings you can click on "Members" at the top of the page and sort by Listal points.

Rank 34 is higher than 800, it really means you have been spending time using the site. If you slow down and do less here you rank will likely go down, that would be a greater physical number, as others seem to rise. Your goal would be to become number 1 here rather than having rank 999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999.

My rank won't update and I know I am higher than it says....How do I fix it?

Happens to me all the time. Sometimes it updates daily (as advertised) but sometimes it'll go a month before rank changes. For an accurate representation go to forums, then "most points total" under more charts. That seems to be up to date.
