How do you see a movie?

Riukkuyo 14 years, 11 months ago at Jun 10 2:57 -
In the way as the character sees it...Or like none of it real.

Take the grudge or some scary movie, how to you see like the through main character's eye Full of curosity, and fear or as their just actors playing a role in a movie?

I see a scary movie as the actors just merely playing their roles in the movie.

Third person watching events as if events on screen were real, unless it has really bad acting - then I just see red.

Yea it would completely depend on the scene & acting.. there are moments that you feel the emotions as the character might, but only if you're really into the movie & believe the acting.

It depends on the story of the movie, the characters and of course the acting. For me, directing is also important, for example how the camera follows the actors and the action. In some cases, I feel that I'm a part of the world of a film and sometimes I'm just an indifferent spectator.

How would you say this in a comedy movie?

If it's a movie, I see it as if I'm watching actors and actresses play across a screen.

If it's a book, that's when I truly get lost in a different world.

I can give you an example from the movies of my favourite comedians, Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy. Stan was the guy who was doing stupid and funny things. Funny were also the grimaces of Oli when he was angry with him and he was preparing an 'answer'. In those cases, he was turning to the camera, which was always zooming on his face. It was like a kind of 'interaction' with the viewer, a way to inform about his feelings and the reaction to come.

IMHO, if you can't find at least one character to experience a movie with and follow through the picture, the characters aren't written well enough.

It really depends on the Director and Actors... Probably I watch as a third spectator invisible into the scene, but not always.

The director could change the spectator position time to time...

Yeah, I feel like an invisible third person hanging around watching, mostly.

It is something to be very, very observant, have a good eye ... of the script you have to do to take good hilaciรณn, consistency, there is no forced dialogs. You have to see it in a scene not jump to another that does not leave many things unfinished, consider basic things like you're having fun, you think of the actors (if they are good, bad ... if it looks too fake his performance ). You see photography, lighting, image quality. remember that each head is world

The actions are classified as good or bad, depending on the development of the actor in the film itself, taking into account his tone, naturalness of speech, the gestures used, depends on which actor is and what genre is in the to be acting as if we put Tom Hanks, for example, in the role of Rambo or Rocky, is something that would square for nothing

The script is taken into account that the film has a good start (shocking), a good interaction and cohesion of the plot and scenes, the film should make sense, not as Epic Movie (quite a mess) or Son of the Mask (even worse). Something very important is that DBE have an ending somewhat unpredictable, since seeing a movie where you know in advance what will happen, you know that the script is totally wrong.

A must tenre one tram apelicual understandable, a sequence not do boring after 20 minutes, leaving the door open to other stories, leaving unresolved interogantes small, but enough to make it think

it depends on how good or bad the story is.
