How Do You Get Your List Promoted?

i would like to know how you can get your list to appear on the home page that its saying its been promoted ??:))

Your list needs to have at least 7 or 12 votes (depending on the subject, book lists need only 7 votes, movie lists need 12 votes for example).

Hope you get a list promoted.
