how do I export data to backup Listal?

I can't find a FAQ section and I'm sure other people have asked this before so I apologize if I'm in the wrong place. I got nervous when I saw the changes coming and I don't want to lose the three thousand plus ratings that I have spent time inputting here. I would like to make a backup of my ratings and movies and tv shows. Could someone point me to the information I need to do this?

but there seem to be some glitches in the XML export

Thanks! I read the thread first about the errors and it looks like after the new site upgrade is in place those errors will be addressed. Meanwhile I'm going to try and save all I can just in case. Thanks again!
