How to Delete item wrongly added in list

I have added a movie in my list by mistake, can anyone tell me how to remove this item from the list. Thanks.

Moreover if a movie is wrongly clicked as watched, can it be removed

1. On the top of your list it should say rearrange & add items. Click that, and it says how you do it.

2. If you go to the movie's page, there should be a little red cross next to the Watched/Want to watch button, click on that.
