How to change "people" status?

People are people, there is no way to change them. Listal merged the various categories (writer, musician, actor) into people quite some time ago. So, when you visit the page for Kurt Cobain you will see all the books, movies and tv shows that he appeared on. He was a member of Nirvana and that is listed in the music area. He would have had to have put out a solo album to have an individual listing in "Music". For an example see "Paul Simon" his 'people page' lists, tv, movie, and music but only the music that he released as a solo artist. However, you can still find him under music. You won't find any items for the band "Simon and Garfunkel" in ether area.

If you add any music from the band "Kabah" it should show up in the correct area for music and group. Listal has not placed Kabah in ether the movies or tv area but is merely noting the someone/something called Kabah made a tv appearance.

Yes, and now it is listing the fact that Kabah has put out Music as well as having appeared on a t.v. show. Nothing has changed... there is no "actor/actress" subcategory for a person/entity/band

It lists all the music, tv appearances and movie appearances that the band have done.

Unless you can think of a way to alter the universe so that none of Kurt Cobain´s Journals were ever published or where the band Kabah never made a t.v. appearance. No... I can't think of a way to fix that...

There are no subcategories for people like actor/writer/musician on Listal.

Perhaps someone else can explain this fact better.

Personally, I have to go and call the cops to get rid of all the unicorns on my lawn. Fah... and the gnomes are back... :(

I think it's a tags issue. When you click on the tag "Suicide" on his profile, it takes you to a list of authors who have been tagged rather than musicians or people in general. Now that you mention it, all of his tags' dedicated pages list authors. I'm not a tags guru, so I couldn't explain why that is.
