how can i promote my lists

guys i see people promoting their lists and i want to do so myself if u know how to do so,i would really appreciate it if u can tell me...my profile is lordfnk.listal.com

to get your list promoted, you have to reach 7 votes or 12 votes (sometimes, it gets promoted after 7 votes, sometimes after 12 votes, we don't know exactly why...).

To reach those votes, a few tips :

- Make some badass lists with some interesting comments and pics
- Make as many friends as possible and make sure your friends follow you and vote on your lists
- Promote your list on other users profile(it can be pretty annoying so use this as a very last resort...)

I want my list to be promoted.
