How can I post a movie that isn't in IMDB?

I just saw an awesome small movie at Youtube with the title "The TV Show". Video Below:

I tried to create a page for this movie, but I notice I can only create a page only if the movie already is in IMDB site.

Is there an alternative way to create a page for this movie I watched?

In my understanding you can only add movies to Listal if they are already listed on IMDb. Problem is, usually IMDb does not list videos that are only released on the web, so I think it's unlikely that this one is going to be listed any time soon. See the Eligibility notes on IMDb's web site.

You might want to add it to your "Personal videos", anyway.

P.s. On the beta version site www.betalistal.com showing some new features coming to Listal, I noticed a new category "Web TV & Podcasts". I wonder if that might help in your case. ???
