How can I accept friendship?

I can't find doubtable area in Friends section.

There should be a message in the upper right saying you have a new message and you fallow that and press the accept "said person" as a friend

OK, here is more detail symptom.

One week ago, I got the mail from listal mail system. Subject is like following,

****** wants to add you as a friend on Listal, login here to
accept or deny the friendship :

Your username : neotrue
-----------------


but there is no request mail message (as Uber said,) in Friends section.

I just wonder that if someone added friends and cancel that, and then what happen in ths system?

FYI, Here is my Friends section screen capture and message box also.

well add anybody as long as you can talk to them first and get to know themand see if you have the same interests
