How to add pictures in a list's "description"?

I tried to use the image code (img src="url") to show an image in the list's "description" (which shows in the right part of the screen when a list is published) but the picture doesn't show up.
I noticed there are other users' lists with pictures in this section.

What am I doing wrong?

Due to space restrictions, I tend to fix mine to 300 width.

Onion Jack, I don't have a number because I never posted the image before. It is from another site and I didn't post it anywhere (in fact, I just want this picture in the description). This code of image number is for pictures previously posted somewhere on listal (thus the number is generated), correct?

You will need to upload it to Listal, even if it is only in your personal images.
