how to add new tv shows/movies

i have been trying to add a few tv shows and movies that are not on the website lately and i cant because everytime i try, it does not give me the option to add either movies and or tv shows, actually only a few categorys are available to add, is it a glitch or is it just me?

glad to know that mods continue being as helpfull as they ever were.
